Technical details

Material, feeding and automation

Granules: review flow, particle condition and bag format. Gravity feeding may suit free-flowing material.

Powders: review dust, flow and bag valve or open top. Screw feeding is one option; difficult-flow or irregular material may require belt feeding.

Material type does not determine automation. Automatic and operator-assisted bag handling are separate choices. Confirm compatibility with a material sample.

Fertilizer packing and configuration limits

For powder or granular fertilizer, confirm moisture, flow and the finished bag. Weighing range, output, accuracy, power and supply requirements depend on the selected configuration and must be confirmed before quotation.

Review the upstream organic fertilizer process.

Need help choosing? Compare automatic and semi-automatic bagging or review open-mouth bag selection.

For the closing stage, compare sewing, heat sealing and liner-closing requirements.

Planning resources: choose a material feeding system or plan the complete bagging and palletizing line.
